I have known Uncle Cheffy Bistro for their Brick Oven Panizza and for their affordable yet delicious meals.  That’s why when my family and I were looking for an affordable place to have lunch in Uptown Mall, I’ve decided to take them here.

The place was bigger than most of the branches that I have been to which is in Ermita, and Festival Mall. They even have a bar counter beside the al fresco dining area.

There were almost no people even though it was lunchtime last January 1, 2020, and we are lucky enough to have the place all for ourselves. Haha.

The staff were nice and accommodating. I also love the vibe of the restaurant which is very welcoming. I also love that they have set meals for different groups which made it easier to choose what to order. Add in to that the set meals are cheaper than the a la carte meals.
