Dine-in in Señor Pollo in Makati since we are looking for something that’s not too expensive.

We ordered their Quarter Chicken with 2 sides and the Hot Wings. Chicken and chicken? Why not? 😅

Half Roast Chicken with 2 sides – for the sides, we’ ve decided to have the Cilantro rice and Bravas Patatas. I love their Bravas Patatas but got dismayed since the one served to us wasn’t fresh. Uggghhh. It was really awful so, we’ve decided to ask for a new side dish, this time we wanted to be safe and ordered their Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was cheesy but typical and not something I would go back for. The Roasted Chicken tastes good but I have noticed some blood in my chicken which means that it was not properly cleaned. Good thing that it was cooked well (but still, there’s blood!) BTW, I really love their chimichurri sauce.

But for the Bravas Patatas? I would rate it 1/5 and the Mac and Cheese as 3/5 as well.

Hot Wings – the hot wings were served hot but it wasn’t spicy. I especially love the sauce that goes with it. It is crispy and perfectly cooked but again, there’s blood. I am a bit anxious because of the blood that’s why I did not eat the bloody part.
