Another reason why I love Dazel’s Cakes and Confection is because of their Buko Royale Cake! This is actually my first favorite until they released their Melting Cloud (which was included on my February Favorites).

I often order this cake whenever we have family celebrations and finally got the time to write about it.

I am a big fan of coconut but not the ones made with cakes and other pastries (especially the ones made with desiccated coconut) so, I was a bit hesitant at first when my friend introduced this cake to me and told me that it is one of Dazel’s bestselling cakes.

To describe it more easily, it is actually similar to the Ube Macapuno Cake but with more twist since it has cheese and more buko on top. The additional twist created more flavor making it more delicious. Aside from that, I also like the taste of their icing which perfectly matches the cake.

I especially love the generous amount of macapuno on top and in the middle part of the cake!

Aside from their Ube Buko Royale variant, you can also choose to have it with mocha or chocolate cake. I have also tried both and it tastes delicious as well. The Ube and Mocha Buko Royale Cake is more for the adults while the Chocolate Buko Royale Cake would best fit for children.
