Hodai offers affordable unlimited Japanese fusion feast that you should definitely not miss!
Hodai is a Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant which means “all you can” in Japanese. They take on the concept of a modern setting while offering affordable all-you-can-eat without sacrificing food, quality, taste. They also offer a spacious and bright venue which can sit up to 150 guests. For bigger groups, do not forget to call them and make a reservation for less waiting.
Currently, they have an ongoing promo this September and you can choose from the three (3) sets they offer — Value, Silver, and Gold Set. Each set has Fresh Asian Salad, Teriyaki, Rose Cream Pasta, Tempura, Roll and Maki, Korean Fried Chicken, and Tofu Steak. The only difference was that the Silver Set has an additional Tonkatsu while the Gold Set has additional Tonkatsu and Cheese Cream Spicy Bbq Bowl.
We have tried the Golden Set but I wasn’t able to try the Tofu Steak.
Kani Salad – a great way to start any feast is by having a fresh salad.
Rose Cream Pasta – a classic cream pasta with chili seasoning and mussels on the side. This pasta was my least favorite since I am expecting a creamier and flavorful pasta.
Tonkatsu – tender pork cutlet with sweet teriyaki sauce. This was definitely one of our favorites!
Spicy Cheese Bbq Bowl – marinated pork bbq slices with mozzarella cheese served in a sizzling plate. I would suggest eating this while it’s still hot. Believe me, you’ll enjoy this more with sizzling mozzarella cheese!
Korean Fried Chicken – caramelized chicken with crunchy and flavorful breading. Korean Chicken in a Japanese restaurant? Why not!
Maki Roll Tower – thinking about it, “dito pa lang, sulit ka na!” Just look at that tower! The Roll Tower includes unique flavors like Fried Kani Maki, Tuna Maki, Spicy Kani Maki, Bulogogi Maki, California Maki, and a lot more! Among these unique flavors, what got my attention was the savory Bulgogi Maki. Everything else was just as fresh and yummy!
Aside from these, they also offer drinks and Melona ice cream which you can have for an additional cost.

All dishes were made per order straight from the kitchen. Given the price and food quality, I would say that this restaurant should definitely be on your list. Truly, an affordable Japanese Fusion Feast that’s totally worth your money.

One more good thing about them was that there is no minimum diners required to avail the promo but I would suggest to tag your friends along as the serving per food is quite big for a teybolforwan or two!
