If you are someone who is just exploring the world of charcuteries, it is nice that they provide a list of cold cuts, and cheeses that you can see on this well-curated box. And they explained it well too!
Cold Cuts
Double Smoke Ham – pre-cooked ham that is smoked up on the grill and infused with even more texture and flavor. Something that’s smoky-good!
Salami Milano – a traditional Italian sausage made from equal portions of minced beef, pork, and fat. This meat has a distinct and delicate taste.
Pepperoni Lyoner – a parboiled German sausage consists of pork, bacon, garlic, and a variety of spices. The sausage is hot-smoked after the parboiling process and are tied to give it the shape of a horsehoe ring. This one is soft and has a slightly smoky flavor.
Cheese
Asiago – an Italian cow’s milk cheese which are sold fresh and aged varieties. It has a nutty and yeasty aroma with a strong flavor.
Brie – this is my personal favorite in all cheeses in charcuterie boxes! A soft, creamy, buttery cheese that has a creamy interior with a soft, bloomy, edible rind of white mold.
Manchego – a cheese that has a distinctive flavour, well-developed but not too strong, creamy with a sligght piquancy, and leaves an aftertaste that is characteristic of sheep’s milk.
Aside from these meat and cheeses, the box also include olives, grapes, candy apple, pretzels, and assortment of crackers!

Love this well-curated Moyen Gift Box! Super love that it has a lot of brie (my favorite!). But since we weren’t able to finish the whole thing (since it was quite a lot), the crackers were already soft the next day. I tried reheating it in the oven then boom, it was crunchy again! Yum! Everything was definitely delicious.
