Eat Me, I’m Gluten Free (EMIG Free) is a local home-based online seller which offers gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and sugar-free baked goodies.
Kat Soriano who has gluten-sensitivity herself decided to make gluten-free muffins since she loves pastries but only a few stores offer it in Manila, and if not, some are expensive.
The muffins are made with gluten-free flour blend, coco sugar, eggs, bananas, gluten-free chocolate chips, and spices.
These muffins are soft but not that moist for me. I love the regular gluten-free choco chips used but I wish there were more.
Aside from their Regular Gluten-Free Choco Chip Muffins they also have 100% cacao beans choco chunks sweetened by coco sugar sold for Php 100 each.
The gluten-free muffins are available in a box of 4’s, 8’s, and 12’s. Make sure to order a day before since they bake the pastries on the delivery date itself. I even got mine still hot! Yum!
