Looking for sinless cookies in Manila?

Since it is the time where most of us are making our goals for a “healthier us” this 2021, eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean giving up on your favorite foods. It means having the right balance while enjoying a wide variety of food. But of course, with the focus on eating whole foods. In a perfect world, eating healthy would mean eating fruits, and vegetables. We’re nowhere near living in that perfect world so why not just enjoy a sinless cookie?

I’ve been seeing a lot of “sinless” or sugar-free products in the market now and one of my favorites always includes Baba Bake‘s cookies. I have tried their product before and it became one of my favorite cookies since then, not to mention that again, the cookies are sinless. It’s been a while since I last had them but the quality and taste that I came to love back then are still there.

Their cookies are made with almond meal, butter, eggs, monkfruit sweetener, and Stevia sweetened dark chocolate. Those are the ingredients that make it different from your usual cookie — making it sugar-free, gluten-free, and low-carb.

Available flavors include Chocolate Dream, Macadamia Milk, Double Chocolate, Salted Dark Pili, and White Walnut. Everything was good and I can’t just choose a favorite as I love them all!

Their cookies are also available in 15, 20, 30, and 40 pcs. Flavors can be pre-assorted, or custom assorted depending on your preference.

Oh by, the way, they also offer vegan and dairy-free versions of these sinless cookies!

For the record, since they gave it to me during the Holidays, I didn’t notice that there was one cookie left after 11 days. To be honest, I did not expect it to be as soft as it was 11 days before but to my surprise, it is still the same. Same goodness, it felt like it was baked yesterday. Take note that I did not reheat the cookies as I was too lazy to do that. And yeah, I love eating them straight from the fridge!
