Pepperbae started out with ready-to-heat Pinoy dishes in March 2020. The idea came in when the owner, Igan Clavio started out his quick-cooking segments in Unang Hirit. Since his business started out during lockdown, he started out with pre-cooked dishes like Laing, Ginataang Langka, and Chicken Adobo. Aside from that, they are also offering flash-frozen or ready-to-heat dishes like Bagnet and Tinapang Boneless Bangus. They have expanded their menu since then adding ready-to-eat rice meals, ready-to-serve homemade condiments, food trays, and now, their IGS™!
The IGS™ is the newest addition to their menu which is available in 12 variants: IGS™ Quarter Pounder Single Patty, Double Patty, Vegetable Single, and Double Patty which are all available with and without cheese, and their 1/3 Wagyu Burger which is available with or without vegetables. Price ranges from Php 150 to Php 270.
They are also offering add-ons to their burgers like cheddar cheese, IGS sauce, vegetables (lettuce, tomato slices, and caramelized onions), quarter-pound beef patty, and 1/3 pound wagyu burger patty. Price ranges from Php 20 to Php 90. Choose your pick!
