Sautéed Sardines With Pechay

Sautéed Sardines with Pechay

Ingredients:
2 cans Sardines in Tomato Sauce or Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
2 bundles Pechay
1 Onion
3 pcs Garlic
Tomatoes
Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Water

Procedure:
1. In a frying pan, heat oil then saute garlic until brown.
2. Add onions. Let it cook first then add the tomatoes.
3. Next, add the sardines.
4. Pour in a bit of water then season with salt and pepper.
5. Add pechay and cook for a  few minutes until the desired texture of pechay is met.
6. Turn off heat and serve with rice!
