Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Non-Fat Milk
- 1/8 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 200 g Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except mangoes and 100g Greek Yogurt. Allow to chill in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, slice mangoes into cubes.
- Layer mangoes, chia pudding, greek yogurt and mangoes in a glass or bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
