Chef Arch’s Lime or formerly known as Lime 88 started as Chef Archie’s playground where he made all the food he cannot eat in some of the restaurants where he used to work. It was inspired by the bustling sidewalk carinderia of the artist havens in the Philippines and all about his childhood memories.
At first, I thought that it was all about Filipino food but Chef Archie said that it was a little bit of everything where local and international flavors mix as diverse as the cities and cultures they represent.
Despite the restaurant’s operation since 2008 and popularity to some, it was my first time hearing of this place.
The restaurant was once a home for a family, but now, it is a place for everyone looking for good food and a chill vibe. The exterior displays colourful walls that looked like a level-up carinderia, however, we can assure that the food being served is not average as well.
They have an al fresco dining and a small air-conditioned room which you can rent for Php 2,500 (consumable). The small room can accommodate up to 10 pax only. For bigger groups, you can have the place all for you and your friends for just Php 15,000 (consumable).

I would definitely come back here and recommend this place for people looking for a place that may not be fancy but serves world-class dishes with a modern twist.
