Going around discovering different BTS-themed cafes in Metro Manila, we finally found “the one” that serves really good food that even non-Armys will surely love! We’ve listed Idol Cafe as the best BTS-themed cafe in Metro Manila, in our opinion. Though every BTS-themed cafe has its own charm, this cafe has both good food and a nice BTS-theme cafe displaying some BTS official merchandise and various BTS standees you can use to take photos with. What I really love here is their Army Bombs beautifully hanging that seemingly looks like an Army Bomb chandelier. Nice!
Idol Cafe can easily be seen outside since it is along Aurora Boulevard and its name can easily be seen too with its big and loud name displayed.
They offer a variety of dishes from snacks, sandwiches, soups, quesadillas, salads, burgers, pasta, and rice bowls. For drinks, they basically have everything for both coffee and non-coffee lovers from frappe, hot, over-iced, cheese-tea, and milk tea. And if you’re in for coffee and dessert in one, they are also offering affogato with various flavors to choose from.
Here’s what we had:
Bacon Mushroom Burger
Easily chose their best-selling burger and it surely did not disappoint! We super love this burger loaded with perfectly cooked crispy bacon, mushroom, burger patty, cheese, lettuce, onion, and their delicious sauce. Served with crispy fries on the side. Truly satisfying!

Asian Pasta
This Asian Pasta was listed as their must-try pasta and of course, we followed what they said and tried it!
This pasta is a bit spicy but tolerable even if you’re not much into spicy food like us. It has a deep savory flavor that perfectly matches Pinoy’s palate. Definitely delicious and loaded with toppings too! If you don’t want to try the usual pasta dishes like Carbonara, I would recommend that you try this.
Their best-selling pasta is their Lachimolala which I’m sure, you know what it is! 🤭 Aside from this, they also offer Aglio Olio, Sausage and Peppers, Shrimp Scampi, and Truffle Pasta.

Beef Bulgogi Rice Bowl
A big bowl of Beef Bulgogi goodness!!! Was surprised by their huge bowl and I definitely enjoyed eating on it! I think I’ll never eat a bowl of Bulgogi Rice in a small bowl after this. Haha. Their beef bulgogi is more on the sweet side compared to other beef bulgogi I have tried but it was savory and definitely delicious. The bowl also has mushrooms and kimchi. Their kimchi is also more on the sweet side but the sour and umami flavor is still there.
This is my favorite! If you love food that’s a bit sweet, or if you love bulgogi just like me, you should definitely try this.

Idol Cafe is known for its witty take on BTS bubble head served with your drink. If you want this, you just need to add Php 20 on top of the price of your drink. The bubblehead can only be bought together with any cold drinks and of course, you can choose your bias!
Spanish Latte
My sister who loves coffee ordered this and she said that it tastes good but she would like it more if it is creamier and has more stronger coffee.
Originally, she wanted a hot drink but changed her mind upon learning that she can’t get Jungkook’s bubble head alongside with her drink. Haha.

Matcha Cheesecake
This drink has a mild matcha flavor and it tastes okay. It has pearls but we’re confused since they gave us a small straw in which the pearls can’t fit. Since my sister doesn’t want to eat the pearls, we decided not to ask for a bigger straw. Later, we found a straw on the floor. Haha. They did gave us a bigger straw. Just take note that if you are ordering your drink with BTS’ bubble head, they will automatically give you a small straw since it won’t fit the big straw.

Strawberry Cheese-tea
Definitely a refreshing drink and a must-try for strawberry lovers like me! Also, it ain’t your ordinary tea with cream cheese since they serve it with burnt cream cheese on top which adds flavor and texture to the drink, love that!

Boreohae
One of the Tiny Tananies cakes!
A cute vanilla purple cake with purple heart chocolate on top. A perfect way to end a sumptuous meal! The cake isn’t too sweet just the way we like it. We also love that purple heart chocolate on top!
Other options were Better than Se7en, Banana Kei-koo, and 0!chocol82?.

BT21 Sugar Cookies
Availability of their BT21 Sugar Cookies depends on their availability. It’s cute and the taste was okay. If you love sugar cookies, or just want to add that cute BT21 to end your meal, you should order this. But if you would have to choose between their cakes or cookies, I would recommend that you just go for their cakes.
The rating is 5/5 for its cuteness. It tastes okay, a typical sugar cookie if you already tried one. But to be honest, if it weren’t BT21, we wouldn’t have ordered this. Hehe. But because it’s BT21, you should buy one too!

Also, aside from these, they also have other sweet treats for Armys!
You’re definitely in for a sweet treat at Idol Cafe with their desserts!
Overall Rating
When it comes to good food, Idol Cafe is at the top of my list of BTS-themed cafes in Metro Manila!
All the food we tried was truly delicious. The serving size is quite huge for one person. We came in hungry and we weren’t able to finish everything. We just take out the Asian Pasta, sugar cookies, and boreohae cake. I highly recommend that you try their Bacon Mushroom Burger, and Beef Bulgogi. For the drinks, I would recommend trying out their cheese-tea series especially their Strawberry Cheese-tea if you love strawberries.
I think I did no justice to how good the food was but I was having a hard time getting the shot that I want due to the lighting of the cafe. Trust me, the food looks way much better in person. Also, the food serving was huge! Definitely worth the price.

Army Events
And yes, they also have Army Events especially made for Armys! You must follow their social media accounts if you want to be updated on their latest events for BTS members’ birthdays, cup sleeve events, or other Army events they can think of.
For now, as it was nearing Jin’s Birthday, they will have a celebration on December 3 & 4, 2022. Be ready as they take us on a space trip with our Worldwide Handsome’s new single, Astronaut! Aside from Army Events hosted by Idol Cafe, you can also host your own private event at the cafe. They are offering all types of reservations with complete packages. Just message them for the complete details.
For Army Events, you won’t have to worry about parking as they have their own parking outside. Just sit back as the Best is Yet To Come when you’re dining at their cafe!
