Cafe Agapita is a family-run cafe located in Silang, Cavite. Named after “Nanay Agapita” who founded a catering business, “Nanay’s Catering” which is also famous in Cavite. I was a bit surprised to learn that this is a family-run cafe since it was extravagant. It was spacious and teeming with lush greenery, providing fresh air which makes it a perfect place to dine in, relax, and enjoy really good food. Aside from that it is also an event place for small gatherings, intimate weddings, and photoshoots. I wasn’t able to take photos of the place since it was dinner time when we went there and the place was almost full, on a weekday.
My cousin brought me here since this is one of his favorite cafes and he was confident enough that I will like the place too. True enough, I love that it’s spacious. Big parking area, alfresco area, garden, chic interior, refreshing ambiance, rustic vibe, a wide variety of menu, and most importantly, high quality and delicious food.
It was a bit hard to choose from their menu as everything looks delicious!
The Filipino classic Beef Caldereta reimagined by Cafe Agapita. Tender beef, fried potatoes and carrots, with cheese on top. It was flavorful and delicious plus the serving is quite big enough. Has the taste of the classic caldereta but as a Pinoy, I wanted it with more sauce to go over with rice.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Croissant
One of the things on their menu that I was excited about was this Grilled Chicken Caesar Croissant since it’s not every day that you encounter this in a cafe. Surely, it did not disappoint! Flaky croissant with delicious grilled cheese and vegetables inside. Love the fried potatoes on the side too!

Another thing I love about their menu is the availability of different teas! Not just teas in tea bags but Chai Tea Latte, Matcha Latte, and Strawberry Black Tea! As a tea person, this is the deal that would definitely make me come back to this cafe for a cup of tea (or maybe not, since I will surely order other food).

Overall Rating
Definitely, a nice cafe to go to! From food, service, ambiance, and value for money, it is a 5/5 for me! Add into that the variety not only in their main dishes but also in their drinks. I would definitely come back and recommend this cafe.
For the food, I would highly recommend trying their Grilled Chicken Caesar Croissant, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and Banoffee Cheesecake!
They are also known for their bread and pastries but we weren’t able to try them but judging by their croissant, I think those would be delicious too!
