Despite the rise in the availability of different cuisines here in the Philippines, we always go back to our favorite classic Filipino dishes at the end of the day.
Well, we have listed down 3 of the best Filipino restaurants serving Pinoy favorites with a twist.
These restaurants have a classic homey ambiance serving really delicious and instagram-worthy food!
Note: This list is not in any particular order.
Chef Arch’s Lime is just a few steps away from the first-ever Kanto Freestyle Breakfast. The home turned into a restaurant serves “Streetfood na Pinasosyal”. True enough, they are serving dishes like Street Style Barbecue Platter which consists of isaw (chicken intestine), chicken feet, betamax (pork’s blood), chicken ass, and pork barbecue, Quail Egg Tempura, and Balut in Red Wine Sauce.
Aside from these, they also serve delectable dishes like Four Cheese Caldereta, Embotido Stuffed Crispy Pata, and Chicharon Bulaklak and Isaw Pizza.
There’s no such thing as too much cheese with this caldereta!
Their menu is perfect for those who wanted to have a decent meal or enjoy a night with some booze and good food.
Don’t blame your friends if they want to eat too much “pulutan” because if you have these foods, you would really want to eat!
