The Lost Bread never seems to lose ideas when it comes to creating over-the-top unique ice cream creations. Last May 2020, they just released the ice cream of our childhood: Haw Haw Milk Candy, Blue Vanilla, and Choc Nut. Now, they just launched a Filipino inspired ice cream: Espasol, Champorado, and Banana Cue!
The Lost Bread and Hapag decided to team up to create a strong line of products with Auro Chocolate. With the skills and expertise of Hapag chefs, Kevin Villarica, Thirdy Dolatre, and Kevin Navoa, and Auro Chocolate’s internationally awarded tree-to-bar, Philippine-origin chocolate, these ice creams were born. These unique creations aim to give Metro Manila a modern and revolutionary Filipino dessert experience.
Champorado Ice Cream
Now, here’s the breakfast ice cream we’ve been all waiting for.
If you want to indulge your taste buds in a creamy Champorado ice cream made with 100% Auro Chocolate Cacao Table mixed with black rice and palad brittle. A traditional Pinoy favorite made more interesting as an ice cream lover.
Banana Cue Ice Cream
Looking for e merienda that will also make your hot afternoon cold?
They also recreated our street-side merienda favorite but elevated and made into an ice cream flavor. Creamy grilled Banana Cue ice cream served with cashew streusel and Auro Dark Cacao Nibs.
Espasol Ice Cream
For me, this is the most interesting flavor since I love espasol.
A flavorful Pinoy favorite made with toasted rice flour, espasol bits, and 32% Auro Roasted White Chocolate with Cashew. Definitely, a unique way to enjoy your kakanin!
You can get these Filipino-inspired ice cream for Php 450 each tub at 16 oz. They also offer a Tatluhan Gift Pack which is a combination of all 3 flavors for just Php 1,350.
Definitely, an ice cream experience every Pinoy must-have! You can get yours at order.thelostbread.com or at @hapag.mnl on Instagram and have these delivered straight to your doorsteps.
