Thailand’s highly acclaimed Brown Cafe is opening in BGC this coming September 21 (Saturday) and it’s serving up the creamy goodness that’s sure to sweep us off our feet.
Just as when we thought that this milk tea shop is the same as the others, we are wrong (very wrong). We have been hearing stuff about how bad it is to drink milk tea very often (I agree) but what if we can get a few health benefits from it?
Brown Cafe is serving collagen-infused bubble tea which is the first of its kind in our country. Collagen is known to have health benefits for our skin, which is definitely good news for all the milk tea lovers out there.
Aside from the collagen-infused bubble, they also have low-calorie choices which are made with real tea. They also make their own bubble using only premium ingredients from Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore.
Their bestsellers include the Brown Sugar Pearl with Milk, which uses organic brown sugar for the pearls; the Royal Premium Milk Tea which uses premium tea leaves; the Thai Tea which uses authentic Thai tea imported from Thailand; and the Rainbow Low-Calorie Bubble Series.
Despite using premium ingredients, the milk tea prices only ranges from Php 75 to Php 155.

Since it is the first-ever store in our country, Brown Cafe will be giving its first 100 customers amazing treats and surprises!
- 1st to 5th customers will get 1 year supply of the crowd favorite Brown Royal Premium Milk Tea.
- 6th to 10th customers will get 6 months supply.
- 11th to 15th customers will get 3 months supply.
- 16th to 20th customers get 1 month supply.
But the treats don’t stop there as the 21st to the 60th customer will get to buy 2 Brown Royal Premium Milk Tea for only Php 100! And the 61st to 100th customers will get 1 free drink when they purchase a milk tea plus a free rose gold metal straw.
We’re able to try a few of their drinks and I must say that I would highly recommend this place for people who are looking for new drinks with health benefits. They only have a take out counter which was located between Shari Shari and 8 Cuts Burger Blends.
